This is probably the most personal and emotionally challenging track I've ever made. It's about that difficult moment when you see that a loved one needs help, but you encounter insurmountable resistance. It's the feeling of helplessness when you're ready to lend a hand, but you're pushed away.
In "Scream" I tried to convey this feeling of confinement, this wall that a person builds around themselves. The melody is like an attempt to break through that wall, and then – acceptance that sometimes you just can't help, no matter how much you want to.
Musically, I experimented with timbre and rhythm to reflect the inner conflict: moments of tenderness and hope intertwine with feelings of hopelessness and despair. In the chorus, I think this longing and misunderstanding is best conveyed.
In fact, this track is not only about a specific relationship, but also about a broader theme – about how important it is to be able to accept someone else's choices, even if they seem wrong. And about how difficult it is to come to terms with helplessness in the face of someone else's pain.
I hope "Scream" resonates with your hearts. Listen, share your impressions, I'd love to know what you feel. The link to the track is in the description. Thank you!
