Brawl Stars Free Gems and Coins Guide

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve stared longingly at that shiny new Brawler in the shop… only to realize you’re 300 gems short. Again. Or maybe you just blew your entire coin stash on upgrading that one Brawler who *still* loses to a level 3 Crow. (Looking at you, 8-Bit.)  

 

Don’t sweat it—I’ve been there. Like, *so* there. In fact, I once spent two weeks saving up gems just to unlock Gene… only to accidentally spend them on a random skin because I tapped too fast. 🤦‍♂️  

 

But hey, I’ve learned a ton since then! And today, I’m spilling all my best tips (and a few embarrassing fails) on how to stack up those precious **Gems** and **Coins** in Brawl Stars—*without* selling a kidney or rage-quitting into the void. Let’s dive in! 

 

💎 Gems: The Sparkly Stuff That Buys Dreams (and Skins)** 

 

Gems are the premium currency in Brawl Stars. They’re not easy to come by—but they’re *way* easier than you think if you know where to look! 

 

✅ 1. Daily & Weekly Quests – Your Gem ATM** 

Seriously, don’t skip these! Daily quests give you small rewards (including occasional gems), but **Weekly Quests**? Goldmine. Literally. Completing all three weekly quests almost always nets you **10–30 gems**. That’s like… half a Brawler every week!  

 

My hot tip:* I keep a little note on my phone titled “Brawl Quests” so I never forget. (Yes, I’m that extra.) 

 

✅ 2. Trophy Road – Free Gems All the Way!** 

Remember that Trophy Road you zoom past while chasing that sweet 500 trophy milestone? **STOP.** Scroll back! Every so often, Supercell drops **free gems** as milestone rewards—especially early on. Even at higher trophy counts, you’ll still find gems sprinkled in there like confetti at a birthday party.  

 

*Fun fact:* I unlocked my first legendary Brawler (Spike, baby!) purely from Trophy Road gems. No spending. Just patience and a whole lotta brawling. 

 

✅ 3. Events & Special Challenges** 

Keep an eye on the Events tab! Supercell *loves* throwing limited-time events with gem rewards for completing challenges. Sometimes it’s “Win 10 games as a Mythic Brawler,” other times it’s “Play 20 matches in Solo Showdown.”  

 

Pro move:* Team up with friends for co-op events—they’re faster *and* more fun. Plus, you get to laugh together when you both get wiped by a sneaky Leon. 

 

✅ **4. The Shop – But Not How You Think!** 

The shop *sells* gems… but sometimes it *gives* them away! Occasionally, you’ll see a “Free” section with a gem pack (usually 10–30 gems). It’s random, but it happens! Check daily.  

 

*True story:* I once got 30 free gems the day after I bought a skin. Felt like the universe was apologizing for my impulse buy. 😅 

 

 

Coins: The Unsung Heroes of Upgrading** 

 

Coins might not sparkle, but they’re *essential* for leveling up your Brawlers. And trust me—nothing hurts more than having a maxed-out Leon while your favorite Brawler is still stuck at level 6. 

 

✅ **1. Brawl Pass – Coin Central!** 

Even the **free track** of the Brawl Pass gives you **TONS of coins** as you level up. And if you spring for the Premium Pass? Oh boy. You’ll be swimming in coins like Scrooge McDuck.  

 

My strategy:* I save my big wins for Brawl Pass days. More wins = faster levels = more coins. Simple math, big rewards! 

 

 

✅ **2. Trophy Road (Again!)** 

Yep, Trophy Road isn’t just for gems. You’ll also snag **huge coin bundles** as you climb. Early on, it’s easy coins. Later? Still worth it. 

 

✅ **3. Club League & Team Events** 

If you’re in a Club (and if you’re not—join one! They’re awesome!), **Club League** rewards include coins. Same goes for Team Events like Duels or Hot Zone. Play with your squad, earn together! 

 

Personal win:* My Club once pulled off a last-minute Club League comeback. We got 2,000 coins each… and bragging rights for a month. Worth it. 

 

✅ **4. Power League (For the Brave Souls)** 

If you’re rocking 800+ trophies, Power League gives coins based on your end-of-season rank. It’s tough, but if you’ve got a solid roster? Totally doable.
