GHIDRAH was formed in the summer of 2017 in Wiener Neustadt, Austria by musicians with years of live, touring and studio experience.
The well-balanced mix of brute - progressive riffs, powerful drums, captivating melodies and multi-faceted screams is poured into finest modern metal.

Well established in the local scene, GHIDRAH are also on tour (w/Dark Tranquility, Equilibrium) or festivals (w/Soulfly, Kreator, Hammerfall) always ready to take the stage & thrill the audience.
In spring 2023 the debut album "Repulse" was released, available on all digital download and streaming portals.
The complex songwriting and the fine production of the longplayer raises GHIDRAH to a new level - as the response of the two single releases "There Is No Hell" and "Nightbreaker" impressively prove.
