Vihilija is a Belarusian post-black metal band from Minsk, blending the sonic landscapes of post-metal, shoegaze, and black metal. The group's music is characterized by its use of the Belarusian language, adding a unique cultural depth to their sound.
Inspired by the likes of Alcest, Mol, Cult of Luna, and Deafheaven, Vihilija's music is a testament to the band's ability to craft a distinctive sound that resonates with fans of atmospheric and introspective metal.
In late 2023, the band released their debut EP "Ludalut", followed by the release of the first single “Meta” from their upcoming album "Amor Fati" in January 2024. The second single “Superbia” was released in March 2024, and the third single "Kazka" on May 2nd, 2024.
